- LEMON & HERB SALMON FILETS 4 EACH / 8 OUNCES
- ASPARAGUS SPEARS
- SMOKEY PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES

DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT YOUR OUTDOOR GRILL OR OVEN TO 450 DEGREES.
- LOWER THE LEFT SIDE OF GRILL TO MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT SIDE ON MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT.
SMOKEY PARMESAN POTATOES:
- PLACE PRE- SEASONED POTATO PACKAGE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF GRILL.
- LOWER THE LID AND LET ROAST FOR 10 MINUTES.
- TURN PACKAGE AND LET ROAST FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES UNTIL POTATOES ARE FORK TENDER.
- REMOVE FROM DIRECT HEAT AND KEEP WARM ON UPPER RACK.
ROAST SALMON:
- PLACE SALMON PACKET OVER MEDIUM HEAT ON THE GRILL OR ON A TRAY IN THE OVEN.
- COOK 10-12 MINUTES.
- OPEN FOIL PACKET AND BROIL 1-2 MINUTES TO CRISP UP THE SALMON IF DESIRED
ASPARAGUS:
- PLACE PACKET IN PRE-HEATED 450 OVEN OR OVER MEDIUM FLAME AND COOK 8-10 MINUTES TILL DESIRED TENDERNESS.
