  • LEMON & HERB SALMON FILETS 4 EACH / 8 OUNCES

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT YOUR OUTDOOR GRILL OR OVEN TO 450 DEGREES.
  2. LOWER THE LEFT SIDE OF GRILL TO MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT SIDE ON MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT.

SMOKEY PARMESAN POTATOES:

  1. PLACE PRE- SEASONED POTATO PACKAGE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF GRILL.
  2. LOWER THE LID AND LET ROAST FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. TURN PACKAGE AND LET ROAST FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES UNTIL POTATOES ARE FORK TENDER.
  4. REMOVE FROM DIRECT HEAT AND KEEP WARM ON UPPER RACK.

ROAST SALMON:

  1. PLACE SALMON PACKET OVER MEDIUM HEAT ON THE GRILL OR ON A TRAY IN THE OVEN.
  2. COOK 10-12 MINUTES.
  3. OPEN FOIL PACKET AND BROIL 1-2 MINUTES TO CRISP UP THE SALMON IF DESIRED

ASPARAGUS:

  1. PLACE PACKET IN PRE-HEATED 450 OVEN OR OVER MEDIUM FLAME AND COOK 8-10 MINUTES TILL DESIRED TENDERNESS.
